Focus Group Discussions Conducted In Maifa’a Broom District, Hadramawout Governorate

On 2 May 2018, Felix conducted four focus group discussions in Maifa’a Broom district, Hadramaout governorate, aimed to identify the gap in protection mainstreaming with the humanitarian implemented activities in the district.

Our consultant, Fatima Alshoaibi, and her assistant Hikma Saeed implemented the FGDs in Maifa’a Baroom district; the following groups were separately targeted:

  1. FGD with representatives from Governmental authorities in the district
  2. FGD with representatives from Non-profit and community based organizations
  3. FGD with IDPs and hosting community (men)
  4. FGD with IDPs and hosting community (women)

Results of the implemented focus groups were compiled into report with recommendations and submitted to our valued client (Forall Foundation)
